• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if products are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

• Custom orders and special items are non-refundable.

• Refunds (where applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.

6. Warranty

• Products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable.

• Warranty claims must include proof of purchase and comply with the manufacturer’s terms.

• Incorrect installation, misuse, or physical damage voids the warranty.

7. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

• Installation of electrical, lighting, and plumbing products must be carried out by qualified professionals.
